Analysis Note
ControlLAT immunoprecipitated from untreated or CD3 treated Jurkat cell lysates.
Application
Research Sub CategoryImmunological Signaling
Research CategorySignaling
Western Blotting Analysis: 1 µg/mL from a representative lot detected phospho LAT (Tyr200) in CD3 treated Jurkat cell lysates. However, a decrease in signal was observed against phospho LAT (Tyr200) in untreated Jurkat cell lysates.
Detect LAT using this rabbit polyclonal antibody, Anti-phospho-LAT Antibody validated for use in western blotting.

General description
LAT (Linker for activation of T cells) is a transmembrane adaptor protein that plays an essential role in T cell receptor (TCR) signal transduction pathways. LAT is phosphorylated on multiple tyrosine residues upon TCR engagement, recruits several important signaling proteins to the membrane, and functions as a scaffold for the assembly of numerous signaling complexes.
Immunogen
Epitope: Cytoplasmic domain that interacts with GRB2, GRAP2 and PIK3R1
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to the cytoplasmic domain that interacts with GRB2, GRAP2 and PIK3R1 of human LAT phosphorylated at Tyrosine 200.
Linkage
Replaces: 04-467
